前作に続き全工程を安田寿之単独で手がけた、生成AI時代の完全ヒューマンメイド（AI-Free）作。写真家・三嶋義秀による写真が、本作も視覚から彩る。

Electronic soundtracks that epitomize both freshness and sophistication—a collection of delightful summer vignettes. “Summer plays interludes. - Soundtracks” by Toshiyuki Yasuda serves as the soundtrack companion to the previously released “Summer plays interludes.” It is the second installment in a series of music for visual media directed by Styrism. The album features a diverse range of sounds—including futuristic R&B, refreshing neo-soul, and breezy synth-pop—all infused with subtle Asian nuances. Following the previous release, Yasuda handled every aspect of production himself, creating a work that is entirely human-made (AI-free) in the age of generative AI. Photography by Akihide Mishima once again provides a visual accompaniment to the music.

グナワ文化とブルースに精通し独自の融合を行うThe Firefly Clan（津嶋利仁）と、世界的コンピ「Red Hot + Rio 2」への参加などをキャリアハイライトとしながら音楽と社会の新しい関わりを模索する安田寿之は、信頼し合う仲間として共作・共演を行ってきた。今作は、The Firefly Clanが沖縄の美しい宿somosで行ったギターと歌の録音をベースに、安田寿之がフェルトピアノをダビングし仕上げた連作。人と自然が結び付くような深淵さを醸す音響により、シンガーソングライター曲が無上のアンビエントに廓大されている。

Well versed in Gnawa music and blues, The Firefly Clan (a.k.a Toshihito Tsushima) has been pursuing a unique style of fusion music. Toshiyuki Yasuda, with his participation in the global compilation "Red Hot + Rio 2" as one of the highlights of his career, continues to explore new relationships between music and society. They have been collaborating and occasionally producing and performing together as trusted partners in music. The album is the works in which Toshiyuki Yasuda dubs felt piano based on guitar and vocal recordings made by The Firefly Clan at the beautiful inn in Okinawa "somos". The singer-songwriter's songs are elevated to a supreme ambient soundscape, evoking a profound connection between people and nature.

The 7th solo album by Toshiyuki Yasuda, whose career highlights include his participation in the global compilation "Red Hot + Rio 2," and who is exploring new connections between music and society, featuring a simple instrumental composition. A photo book by Murakami Yukie, who lives in Nara Prefecture and has won awards such as the APA Award, and has collaborated with Minami Natsuki. The two collaborate on music and photography.
Beautiful standard-like compositions feature authentic jazz arrangements. Backed only by a felt piano, a few synths (Toshiyuki Yasuda), double bass (Masaharu Iida), and guitar (Noriko Yamamoto), the lyrics and vocals are written in Japanese by four singers: Lica, who has been active in the Brazilian band Bophana; Noriko Yamamoto, who focuses on Brazilian music; Seika Iwashita, who has performed solo and in bands such as Rose-Unlimited and 5th Garden; and Sawori Namekawa, who sings jazz and Brazilian music with her own unique style. The accompanying photographs by Yukie Murakami are composed of minimalist works and original works shot with Kati as the model. The quiet interplay of cinematic sound and visuals has resulted in a unified work that evokes the power of women.

The 5th and final pre-release "Oval Merry-Go-Round," is a waltz ballad featuring Sawori Namekawa, who sings jazz and Brazilian music with her unique voices, as the lyricist and singer. Innocent vocals sing a distinctive and universal melody.

The 3rd release "Secret Garden" is a folk jazz featuring Seika Iwashita, who has been acting as a solo artist, Rose Limited, 5th Garden and etc since the 1990s, as a lyricist and singer. It's a record version of a co-composition for the "electronic evening" (organized by Ryoondo) held at Honen-in Temple in the summer of 2021. A collaboration where you can feel the rich overtones in a simple sound image.

安田寿之7thアルバム（2024年夏頃完成予定）より、先行シングル5曲を2024年3月より順次デジタルリリースして参ります。コンセプチュアルからノンコンセプチュアルに、エレクトロニックからアコースティックに移行してきた安田寿之作品の極みの、非常にシンプルな楽器構成の楽曲集。スタンダードのような美しい作曲を、フェルトピアノ、コントラバス、歌、少しのシンセだけで演奏する、ジャズ的な落ち着いたオーセンティック作品。4人のフィーチャリング歌手は全員日本人の女性アーティストで、説得力のある母国語で作詞、女性の力を感じる作品を目指しています。

リリース2曲目「Um filme pra nós dois」は、ブラジル音楽を中心に活動する山本のりこを作詞家、歌手として迎えたボサ・ノヴァ。同じくブラジル音楽を一つのテーマとしてきた安田寿之との共作、共演は、日本人によるボサ・ノヴァの一つの骨頂を示しています。

This is an album with a very simple instrumentation, representing the peak of Toshiyuki Yasuda's music, which has transitioned from conceptual to non-conceptual and from electronic to acoustic. The album is jazz-like authenticity, which have beautiful compositions like a standard, performed only with just felt piano, double bass, singing, and slight synths. All 4 featured singers are Japanese female artists, and the lyrics are convincingly written in their native language and aim to convey the power of women.

The 2nd release "Um filme pra nós dois" is a bossa nova song featuring Noriko Yamamoto, who is active mainly in Brazilian music, as lyricist and singer. The collaboration with Toshiyuki Yasuda, who has also taken Brazilian music as his theme, shows one peak of Japanese bossa nova.

The lyrics are inspired from the Japanese Star Festival which celebrates the reunion of deities Vega (Orihime) and Altair (Hikoboshi). A boat is made by a bamboo leaf to send ones wishes down the river. The tempo and the free moving triads add to the dreamy atmosphere the lyrics portray.
